1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 63boss platform available at 63boss.org (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 63boss Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 63boss ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

63boss reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 63boss Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 63boss or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 63boss Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

63boss reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on 63boss, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You will register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.
• You will not allow any other person to use your 63boss account.
• You will keep your 63boss Login credentials — username, password, and OTP — strictly confidential.

63boss reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a player has provided false information, is under the age of 21, or is attempting to circumvent these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 63boss account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 63boss support immediately via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

63boss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 63boss reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of involving third-party payment methods.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. 63boss may require you to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but 63boss targets same-day processing for verified accounts.

63boss does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

63boss offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification (KYC).
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• 63boss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or use of automated software to exploit promotions, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 63boss Platform are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules.

63boss uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to their own operational standards and certifications.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 63boss will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 63boss does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

63boss's decision on all game outcomes, disputes, and interpretations of game rules is final and binding, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulatory review procedures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 63boss Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 63boss Platform — including but not limited to the 63boss brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 63boss or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 63boss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63boss and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by 63boss in good faith to comply with PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 63boss's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

63boss collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the 63boss Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

63boss implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 63boss cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11. Responsible Gaming

63boss is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

12. Account Suspension & Termination

63boss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification procedures and regulatory requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

63boss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 63boss Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and 63boss that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 63boss support in good faith and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for the Company to resolve the matter internally.
